Every Bag Tells You Where It Came From

Each offering begins with a co-op, a region, and a season — then a roast designed to let all three speak clearly.

What Sets These Coffees Apart

The story behind the bean is as important as the bean itself.

Heirloom Varietals

Our Ethiopian lots feature indigenous heirloom cultivars with natural genetic diversity that produces flavor profiles commercial varietals simply cannot replicate.

Precise Processing

Natural, washed, and honey-processed lots are selected for how well the method amplifies the specific terroir — never processed for convenience.

Roasted Fresh to Order

Retail bags are roasted within days of dispatch, so you receive coffee at peak flavor — not warehouse-rested beans in aspirational packaging.

Wholesale Sample Programme

Café buyers receive curated sample sets with tasting notes and farmer profiles before committing — so your menu decision is always an informed one.

How We Select

We Don't Choose Lots. We Choose Relationships.

Before a coffee earns a place in our lineup, we've visited the land it came from. Our current offerings all trace back to co-operative partners in the Gedeo Zone of southern Ethiopia — an area of extraordinary biodiversity where coffee grows wild beneath a forest canopy that has been tended by the same families for generations.

We cup extensively, but origin comes first. A lot that scores brilliantly in isolation but can't be connected to a face, a farm, or a transparent processing story doesn't make the cut. What you see on this page is what passed both tests.

Questions About a Lot?

We Know These Coffees Personally. Ask Us Anything.

Every question about processing, harvest season, or brew recommendations gets a real answer from someone who has actually been to origin.
